Nope I have never experienced that but it is good that we try to give a strong security to our mail boxes to prevent hacking
All types of correspondence, postal, courier, sms, email, even skype messages are being diverted and robbed giving the fake excuse of national security, to isolate the business owner.
No it has never happened to me. Hopefully it never happens because I won't like such act
