For me l can say that they have stolen away my multiple business ideas. Due to the fact that l am outspoken, l have been sharing my business ideas with some people whereby l found them already started the businesses that l shared them with.

It's painful to see your ideas implemented by others without your consent. Being a speaker is a good quality, but it's important to learn to filter who to collaborate with and when.

Don't let this discourage you. Ideas are plentiful, but the ability to develop and execute them creatively is yours alone. Those who took your idea don't have your full vision, and they may not be able to develop it as you can.

You don't give out your business idea such that someone would be able to implement it. Just give out skirmishes if you must share.
I’ve heard that advice before, and it actually makes sense. A business idea is like a seed—if you throw it away, someone else might take it before it’s even ripe. It’s important to protect it until it’s ready to sprout.

But also, don’t be afraid to share a little. Sometimes, other people’s opinions can help improve it. The difference is knowing how much to say without giving away the essence of your idea.

If you come up with a good business idea, it is better just to keep it to yourself or share it with someone you really trust.
We can't be too sure with anyone. So the best bet would be to keep the ideas to ourselves
