In my case, I never regretted having owned a milk tea selling business in the mall. I am always inspired with the good sales flow daily. I hope it will be that way for many years.

There are other business activities that doesn't fit on the places that they can be located. For instance siting a supermarket in the rural areas would be a really big blow for sure.
I previously only operated online businesses and have no regrets. I earned a decent income from them, which helped me survive college life.

Every failure always has a lesson for the failer to learn and use it to succeed. Most people always focus on the business failure and not the lesson learned that can improve the business.
I regret investing in domains, because of the high levels of fraud in the internet sector here. Well paid cheater government employees refuse to purchase the domains, refuse to pay the annual expenses, yet falsely claim to own the domains and have been getting monthly government salaries since 2010 while I am making huge losses.
No I have never encountered this. I always weigh all options before I go into it. So I don't even try what I can't finished

Most of the available deals on the internet are scams. Therefore signing up on them without prior information about them is like a suicide
