These days, I use this service frequently to convert cryptocurrencies into fiat money and vice versa, and I have never been duped. When the vendor attempted to do this in one of my cases, I called support, and they resolved the issue and gave me my money back.
No! I have been doing P2P on Binance for more than 1 year now without any problem. P2P is construed in such a way that it is difficult for scammers to use. A seller will not release fund until he sees alert on his account. Moreover, the seller have some deposit which the cryptocurrency exchange use as a security fund to avoid scamming the buyer. It is a balance contract.
I use crypto exchange services that have escrow and I never get to be scammed because the crypto is not released to the seller till I confirm to the exchange that I have been paid.
