There are times that someone can't access the maps services on their phones because of internet connection. That's when offline maps come in handy.

Have you downloaded offline maps on your mobile phone? Why or why have you not downloaded it?

I use offline maps whenever I travel or explore areas with poor internet. They load faster and let me plan routes without relying on a connection. Many avoid downloading them to save storage, but the convenience and security they offer outweigh the minor space cost. It’s smart to have a backup ready for unexpected situations.
