Recently, I encountered a problem of my online business. I have a customer in school sector who likes to order 30 printed T-shirts for their outing. The guy presented to me the design which I also shared with my artist. The design was done and I already bought 30 red colored T-shirts reading for printing. The issue now is the man backout because of a problem which he doesn't disclose. I already bought the products. I'm thankful that I have not given my artist to print the T-shirts. I told the man to refund my expenses but I can't anymore reach him. It's my recent problem this time that gives me a headache. I plan to advertise on Facebook Market Place to order printed T-shirts colored red and they're free to design their own preference to avoid losing.

I think encountering problems or difficulties is one of the things one has to go through when it comes to running a business both office or online.

@Starmix, the best option is to actually offer the T-shirts for sale anyhow. Next time, always get part payments and use that to buy materials.
I can't offer for sale. No one buys unprinted T-shirts. There are many sold in malls and department stores. The printing depends on them. If they can give the design and request for a discount, that might help.

The only problem I encounter online now is shortage of customers,my major means of promotion was hack am now suffering the pain of promoting my service to the right audience,am now building my audience from scratch
We cannot blame the customers. High prices are one factor, which is why they are hesitant to buy online. However, if they only realize that online products are cheaper than offline products, they will not hesitate to order online. Just wait for the right time.

Yes i have run into a similar issue where a client backed out after i had already committed to supplies. Its frustrating especially when communication just stops. I think your Facebook Marketplace idea is a smart move. You might also try WhatsApp status or local groups. People love custom tees for birthdays, teams or events. Hopefully, you recover costs soon.

It's crucial for the online business owner if the customer backs out after preparing all the products. Thankfully, I got 10 orders for the red T-shirts using the customers own design. I will try to use other media sites.

Recently, my online business problem is solved. My unsold t-shirts were ordered for printing by a friend on Facebook. I felt relieved from mental stress thinking of the previous customer who ghosted me,
