A financial emergency is that something happens and you have to spend significant amount of money without budgeting and all that.

Has something happened that you just had to spend money to solve the thing, even though such expenses wasn't in your budget. Ever had such experience?

Yes, it's happened to me several times that I've had to spend money unexpectedly. Once, my car broke down, and I wasn't prepared for that expense, so I had to take out some emergency cash to get it fixed as soon as possible. At the time, I hadn't included that kind of expense in my monthly budget, but it was something I couldn't postpone. The feeling of having to spend money unexpectedly can be stressful, but it also helps you learn to plan better and have an emergency fund. I think we should all be prepared for those moments because life can always surprise us. The important thing is to stay calm, assess how much you need to spend, and, if possible, look for ways to offset that expense in the following months. Experience has taught me that it's essential to have a financial cushion for these situations.
