In business, the ultimate focus is so satisfy the customer. And in a bid to do that sometimes, we might need to lose some money, especially when a customer is persistently on your neck.

Have you ever borne the loss in terms of either bearing the cost of replacement of a product or service?
 
Yes I have experienced this several times, the most important thing is that I am able to retain that customer.
Thorough bred business people understand that when they lose with one customer, they would gain from another customer. You would even profit from the same customer next time.
