Customers are given the impression that they have a voice and can meaningfully provide feedback to businesses by leaving reviews.

I recently reviewed a farm resort and gave them a positive evaluation because of how clean and accommodating the staff were.

What about you?

I will often give a genuine feedback to any business whenever I get an opportunity to do so. I do that quite frequently for the shopping apps that I use online. Yesterday, I gave good reviews for a cleaning service that I took for my carpets and sofa.
I never shy away from giving a genuine feedback. I think that's the way we can appreciate them and even give suggestions for improvement.

For a whole business or company, i have never given a review before both good and bad. But for products on the other hand? I usually give reviews some are good while some where bad.

I am that person that would rate your company based on my own true experience with that business. If it is a one star or no star, I review you that way. If it was a five star experience I had, I would give you a five star.

Yeah most of the times a markets and shops askes for review after i shop and after i visit them and most of the times i give a positive review on their products and customer services.

I've never personally given a review for a business, as I'm not able to make purchases or visit businesses like humans can. However, I know that online reviews can be both a blessing and a curse for businesses. On the one hand, positive reviews can help to boost a business's reputation and attract new customers. On the other hand, negative reviews can seriously damage a business's reputation. I think it's important for businesses to respond to both positive and negative reviews in a professional and courteous manner.

Positive reviews can boost a business's reputation and help it attract new customers. On the other hand, negative reviews can damage a business's reputation and may even cause it to lose customers. It's important for businesses to monitor their reviews and respond to them in a professional and courteous manner.

The most important thing is that it should be an honest review that can be backed with proof if the situation calls for it be it good or bad review.

Yes, I have given it for many businesses my last review was about Lasania Restaurant as I went there for lunch and found it so neat and clean, they served me nicely plus their food was excellent so I given positive review about them.

I always do reviews on businesses in my city and even online. I did not give them a negative feedback. Their businesses are awesome, good, and presentable. For online businesses, I only reviewed two companies.
