The entrepreneurs are really advised to treat their customers with Courtesy and the best way possible.
This is because by having a dispute with your customers can deprive the business reputation and loose most of the customers drastically.
 
Disputes are vital parts of every human relationship including customers and sellers of goods and services. The bottom line is that such disputes doesn't have to degenerate to crisis levels. The seller has to wade in and solve the dispute because he has more at stake.
 
I have had a few disputes with customers before in the past, though not very serious ones. Most times these disputes cannot be avoided, but how you handle it would determine how they view you and if they would want to return.
