Business deals are contracted almost on a daily basis. And some of them don't get to see the light of the day as they fail. Have you ever had a failed business deal? Every business person does. What was the reason that the business deal failed?

Well, this happens all the time. I have failed deals not only with new contractors even my old and satisfied customers haven't renewed the contract
