I have had to take very tough decisions on business. One of those was termination of contract with a major financier that was trying to control business operations.

Have you had to make a very big decision as a business person? Which decision was that?

Yes, I did have a tough decision in my milk tea business. I was hesitant because it was my first time managing a business. I was not able to decide right away, It was only after two months that finally decided when my sister promised to do the cashiering.

It is even hard to decide if to open another branch of my business. I decided to open another milk tea branch last year, but until now, I am not yet so sure of it. There are many factors to consider and one is competitors in the other location.

It's not easy to decide and it's not good to decide impulsively. That makes a decision tough. It needs a strong mind and heart to avoid regrets and future loses.

Even when you know that the business decision might affect you personally, you still go ahead to take it. That's guts.

Lately, I opened a new activity to add to my previous business (by laws, I'm allowed to open until 16 different activities between the ones the fit small entrepreneurs). It wasn't easy. It carried a lot of research and accountant consultations (luckily, I found a free consultation with accountants offering online services), as it could imply different tax and R.S.I. laws.

The tough decision to liquidate or close a business is not as easy as turning the palm of your hand, several times I had to close the business because the products I produced were no longer in accordance with market demand or the products were out of date in terms of model, business people must not only think about themselves but also their employees.
