Have you ever participated on the bitcoin mining?

ln a matter of fact, the bitcoin mining is deemed very capital intensive. As the mining equipment and the cost of the power is very high. So from a point of experience, do you consider the bitcoin mining as a profitable business?

I tried one some time back, but I got a warning that it could damage my system. I didn't try it for long though, so I don't know if it was legit or not.

I have never mined Bitcoin using hardware, because the electricity costs are very expensive in my country, making it impossible for miners to make a profit. Although I have joined several cloud mining sites but the rewards are disappointing.

I bet the crypto currency mining is very expensive for sure. I have learned that it's very costly mining of the cryocurrency and only the rich and financial abled people can do that.
