I have sold ad space on my websites for a few times. It is really difficult to get advertisers if your traffic is low to medium
A decade ago it was easier to sell advertising through ad networks, now it is very difficult to make money from online advertising, many ad networks are openly robbing online publishers.
I have sold my signature space in some forums for money, but not sold advertising space in websites.
