Have you ever written for newspaper?

Before I started writing online, I used to write articles for various newspapers in my home country. I used write in English as well as in local language and I used to publish 6-10 articles every month. I have written almost 2 thousand newspaper articles. However, these days I do not write for newspaper, my last article appeared in a newspaper about a year ago. I stopped writing because they started to reject a lot of articles. Have you written for newspaper?

I have never written for a newspaper before or even a local news paper. It's very rare for newspapers here to accept outside writers.

I have not experienced it but I experienced as an editor in chief of Nova Magazine in our city. I was paid per magazine at $ 150. That was only good for one year side hustle. The owner migrated to Australia and no one in the family interested to manage it. The magazine has many sponsors. I missed it badly.
