Yeah your body needs sleep more than anything it starts to work when you sleep it's important to get at least 6 hours of sleep sometimes I stay late but it's often on Sundays only because I don't want Mondays to come lolI used to do that before but my health declined so I have to sleep early or sleep before midnight. I have to look after myself.
I did wake up the whole night to work.Personally, no, even when I go to sleep only two hours later, I usually feel so sleppy, so I don't think I would be able to go to work unless I drink a lot of coffee. What about you?
