In general, government banks have several loan programs and one of them is a program for small entrepreneurs where no collateral is required, they only need to show some photos of their kiosks and after being checked by the bank and deemed feasible, the entrepreneur can take out a loan.

I personally have not applied for a loan. But from what I've seen, nowadays, at least in my city, there are lots of financial institutions which offer loans. People applying for a loan can do it online via an app. And, according to the advertisement, it only takes 15 minutes to get approval and receive the loan on the same day if you are qualified.
