Due to financial fraud in the internet sector, I can only afford to purchase a second hand laptop. I would like to find out if anyone has purchased a second hand laptop for themselves. If yes, which company has the best quality used laptops?

second hand laptops are very good deal but you have to be careful sometimes they are not good or you might even get scammed
