The problem is not spending the money but how people spend their money, a lot of the time we buy things we don't even need just to buy them and then when we see it we spend more than we need.

I think this kind of challenge can be done so well by those people that are still very singles. Family people are very much deprived for this type of challenge as they must spend for the sake of children.

Frankly speaking l have never tried out the challenge of non spending. However the challenge may be not fit for the marred people as they must spend for their children.

I only used to succeed with a no spend day challenge when I was staying with my parents. Free food and utilities meant you can go days without spending your money. That was the peak of savings.

I buy in bulk, so there is no single cent to come out of my wallet. I do not buy in retail.I can save if buy in bulk good for 3 weeks or one month except for meat, fruits , fish and veggies.
