Have you tried Webly?

I shared you here my interest to create a new website because my previous was dormant reason why my Google AdSense was frozen after being dormant for 6 years. I tried to create a website using WIX but I was not informed of the many changes of fees. I tried Word Press by I was told to pay I thought free. I also do not like the theme. And then somebody recommended WEBLY. I am so interested to try it. Just wanna get feedback from you about how good is Webly before I create a website using it.

I have not made use of Webly. As a matter of fact, this is the first time i'm hearing of it.

I tried Webley and I am yet to finish my website. I am so busy these days at work and in my offline business.
