One of the largest crypto exchanges in the country is not releasing payment of a small amount after more than 25 days, it is asking for a copy of the customers national id. Has anyone managed to get a copy of their customer's national id, to access the payment from the customer ? If yes, how did you do so?

I think they are probably asking for a copy of their national ID to prevent theft. If these customers want to get their money, they have no choice but to bring it. There is no need forcing them.
