Heading to the newly purchased laptop

For me l have plans to get a brand new laptop for my general posting work, cryptocurrency trading, and some transcription work. What should l supposed consider mostly?

Are you asking if you should buy the laptop or if there is a particular brand you should be buying?
I am hoping to also buy a new laptop in the future as well.

For the uses that you mentioned @Xtynehappy , a general purpose laptop of about 1gig ram and a quad core processor should be enough.
