Coastal areas near the sea have been particularly affected, with widespread flooding reported. Residents have been evacuated from high-risk zones. Strong winds have also caused structural damage. The flooding of rivers has left three settlements underwater. Emergency rescue teams have been deployed to the affected areas. Authorities warn that rain and stormy weather are expected to persist across the Krasnodar region. In Voronezh Oblast, intense rain has flooded city streets, severely disrupting transportation. The city of Kazan, capital of the Republic of Tatarstan, has also suffered from heavy rainfall.
