If you are an entrepreneur never be affected by the statuses of your employees.Don't allow yourself to hold back those poor attitude workers at work and underperformance at work. Smart entrepreneurs work hard to build a healthy culture. If there is an employee who doesn't fit into the work, he or she doesn't fit into it and may never will, so it is time to let go. Toxic attitudes create a stressful undercurrent at the very least. Toxicity in the workplace will result in the loss of good employees and eventually, the loss of clients as well. They have poor performance and never abide the policies and work ethics so they better be replaced but must be given a separation pay for it is also against the law.

These days there are so many people out there looking for jobs or a position they can work on. So in a situation where a particular employee is not acting the way he should, and there is no conscious effort to change, it would be best to let them go and bring in someone before they ruin your whole business.

That is the best solution to stop the agony of the flow of sales getting poorer because of the attitudes of the employees. Their attitudes reflect the entire income of the sales. They have to be advised to resign.

Most of these employees simply do not care, after all it's not their business. Sales or no sales they will get paid by month end, so some of them don't even care about ensuring the business make sales.

Correct they never have commitment to the business that supports their families. They failed to analyse that once the business dives, they will also dive to joblessness situations.

Very true, they simply just care about themselves and do not even think about the future or how things would play out in the long run.

They do not have plans for their lives. They only like to receive pay with less output. If I am the owner of a business with employeres like that, I have to advice them to resign.
