Part of our dream is owning a home. However, deciding whether to buy or rent is a big choice that impacts your goals, lifestyle, and financial stability. Whichever choice you make, it will all depend on your financial and lifestyle circumstances. In order to make the payments and cover related expenses, both require a consistent source of income. They may also call for a certain amount of maintenance work.
However, there are a number of distinctions between owning and renting a home. Renting a house gives you more freedom because you're not as attached to it as you would be if you were a homeowner, and it also spares you from many of the duties that come with it. Owning a home, on the other hand, allows you to make a significant investment, but it comes at a high cost—both upfront and over time.
So, what about you? What is your opinion regarding this?
