Hot wallets are convenient for quick transactions and easy access, but they’re more vulnerable to hacking and security breaches. Cold wallets, on the other hand, are far more secure because they’re offline, but they can be less convenient for day-to-day trading.

What’s your experience with each type? Which one do you trust more for long-term storage?

Of course, a cold wallet is safer, especially for storing large amounts of crypto, as it's in your hands. Cold wallets can also be connected to crypto exchanges. Personally, I have multiple hot wallet accounts, primarily for daily transactions and storing small amounts. However, for long-term storage, a cold wallet is certainly more reliable and secure.
