According to the report, in a major escalation, the Houthis in Yemen have claimed to successfully targeted an E-2 command and control aircraft aboard the USS Harry S. Truman, significantly impacting the aircraft carrier’s operational capabilities. According to a senior Sanaa government source, the attack led to the Truman losing its command functions, prompting immediate investigations by the White House and the Pentagon. Houthi spokesperson Yahya Saree stated that the group engaged in three separate attacks on the US carrier in the last 24 hours using drones, cruise missiles, and naval forces.

Why did the command officer on the US Harry S Truman warship did not protect the US warship. They should not underestimate the Houthi rebels.
