How are the prices for the tobacco products on your country?

For me l can say that the cigarettes and other tobacco products are increased in prices every now and then because it's being considered as luxury. What is the situation in your country?

There are cigar companies that stop its operation because smoking is banned in the Philippines. Despite this, there are still small companies that continue manufacturing cigarettes .

The price of cigarettes is high in my city, mainly because the government has imposed a heavy tax on the product to discourage people from smoking.

Am not really sure about the price though since I don't use any of the products, it might be a bit expensive though.
