When multiple staff are in conflict with each other, productivity is not optimal in the business organization because the communication line would be stifled. How do you manage conflicts among staff do it doesn't escalate?
 
Staff conflict is inevitable. The best way a business organization should manage conflict among staffs is through creating avenue for conflict resolution and make sure there is always clear communication channels throughout the organization. Secondly, a business organization must have a dynamic structure that build character and interdependence among staffs.
 
The best way to handle this would be to listen to the staffs involved in the conflict without being biased to one. Most organizations often have a department in charge of this.
