Giving tough feedback to your staff team is a very sensitive aspect of business management. Truth is that you can't build a business being polite and the other end is that if you are too tough, you would destroy morale.

How can a business owner give tough feedback without destroying team morale?
 
I think one of the best ways to achieve this is by simply working towards growth rather than just blaming them or complaining. Show them how it's done, and focus on growth.
