How can a business person run the business effectively when there is crisis in their private lives?

My friend, a successful business woman is going through a painful divorce. It is so painful that she has become an emotional wreck. The business is going down gradually and she is losing contracts because her mind can't keep up.

What can she do to save her business?

Oh dear she must have been really an emotional person and the process must have really been painful. Sometimes we can't just separate our emotional life from other areas of our lives

There is no way that a business can be ran effiong the entrepreneur if they have challenges in their private lives. They might have to get someone to help them run it.
