I feel its going to be hard to do this. Okay let's take my state for example. We do not have a stable supply of electricity, recently we hardly get light. Due to this almost everyone has a generator. Imagine everybody putting on their generator at night. So they need to first ensure we have stable supply for this aspect to stop.
