How can I block automatic updates on Windows 11?

My Windows 11 PC is running automatic updates on its own and consuming so much of my bandwidth and also drains my battery. I have checked everywhere on how to stop automatic updates.

Who knows how to completely stop automatic updates on a Windows 11 PC?

For me l don't use windows. I am very interested in the Chromebooks and android for sure.

Am not sure how though, am sure you should be able to find this in your settings. Have you checked your settings?
