For my WhatsApp class, I download so many video resources online to share on the WhatsApp class. The participants are complaining that the size of the videos are too big and it is exhausting their bandwidth?

How do I reduce the size of the video without it affecting the video and audio quality?

I can tell you that there is no video compressor app that you would use to compress videos that you would not lose the quality. However, Vid Compact doesn't make you lose as much quality as other ones.
