How can you make a site to appear as its desktop version while browsing on mobile?

When accessing a site from a mobile device, the site is displayed as a mobile optimized version. How do you make a site to appear on mobile the same layout it would have appeared on a laptop or desktop?

I think that many browsers have that desktop view and your site would be displayed with the desktop view.

What browser are you using? If you are using the chrome browser, its just to click on the three dots at the top to bring out more options, scroll down and you will find the desktop view. Other browsers might not be exactly the same process but would be very similar.
