It will be a big problem for the entire company if the boss suffers mental incapacity. The entire company will face an ultimate risk. it is the responsibility of the board to do something to avoid failure of the business or entrepreneur. It is also inhumane to remove the owner of the business from his post that he owns. it is indeed a crucial problem. The right hands of the business owner must talk to the family especially the wife to bring the husband to the doctor for immediate treatment, While the head or business owner is in treatment, there should be a resolution to be approved by the board on who shall temporarily manage the company. No one is immune to health risks. Mental capacity can be lost in a multitude of ways, for example through illness or injury, and may seriously affect your ability to make decisions whether temporarily or permanently.

Time comes if the business is not cared, it turned bankrupt, so while there are still serious and honest people to work with the management, it is best to cure the cause of the illness to avoid business bankruptcy.

Every business owner should understand that they are not super men and that anything can happen at anytime. With that understanding, they should he able to set a structure for succession in their business so that it doesn't generate a leadership crisis in the unfortunate event of mental incapacity.

In a situation like this, the business would be affected a great deal, it will be hard to bring out reasonable plans and offer proper solutions to problems that might arise which would lead to more problems.
