How difficult is it for you to fire a staff?

For people that have been in managerial positions, they might have had to make the decision once to fire someone. I personally don't think I have what it takes to fire someone. Can you fire someone? How easy is it for you?

When a staff has clearly misbehaved, it would not be difficult to sign his sacking letter as the boss.

i often feel compassion for employees, especially if the employee is struggling or has personal challenges.

I am not the one that would fire the employee. The company has written rules and regulations that would just be enforced if it demands sack of the staff.

When I look at the countenance of a staff, I always find it very difficult to fire the remorseful ones.

It's going to be very difficult for me, and i hate to be in this category but in a situation where this is the only solution, i have no choice but to let that staff go.

It depends on the offence of the staff. If it is insubordination, I don't look back on firing the staff.

An arrogant staff? I would easily fire. A sober staff? I would actually find it difficult to fire such.

But I will not hesitate to fire a very bad staff. There will be no need to keep such a person around
