There is always need to find out if our customers are satisfied about our services. One way to fins out is to run a customer satisfaction survey.

For a private school, how would a customer satisfaction survey be started and ran? What are the variables to be considered in such survey?

I believe the survey would be targeted at parents. It is better to use a one on one interview approach to get the best out of such survey.
