How do I stop a former employee from publicly speaking negative about my organization after they have left?

Many staff of business organizations who are no longer working there always have something bad to say about the organization they once worked for. As a business organization, how would I stop my ex-employees from saying bad things about my business organization publicly after they have left?

There are people that would have only praise for their former workplaces. You can't stop a former employee from talking but he won't say negative of he or she truly had positive experience in that workplace.

You cannot stop them, every person has their nature, some people like it and some people never say anything negative about the previous employer. They understand what is bad and what is not.
