I know of a couple that made big financial mistakes.

1st Financial Mistake: The lady got pregnant. They just started their business and didn't have strong financial stability.

2nd Financial Mistake: Sold all stock in their business To finance a wedding. Got into debts still after the wedding.

3rd Financial Mistake: Had a second child just a year after the first child was born. Still stuck in debts.

Three years ago, this couple were in financial mess because of those three mistakes. They barely could afford to eat.

Two years now, they have finished building their house and are living comfortably. They built two thriving businesses and are completely out of debts.

How possible is it for people to correct financial mistakes as deep as that?

Every financial mistake can be corrected with intentionality. That would lead to making sacrifices to lift self out from those financial mistakes. Kudos to that couple.

I don't really think there is a specific way though, it mainly depends on the situation you find yourself, and most importantly the opportunities that comes you way. This couple probably had to cut down on their expenses then start investing in other things.
