How do people do many businesses all at once?

There is a person that I know who is everywhere running different types of businesses. Today, he is supplying clothes. The next day, he is supervising a building construction. And before you know it, he is supplying petroleum products. And he is not a trained professional in any of these fields but he is doing well in them.

How can a person run diverse ventures when he is not even trained in them?

It depends on time management, individuality and planning. Some people are very smart and industrious. I believe we have individual characteristics!
