How do you compare running of business and being employed on one's company?

For me l would go for the employment. That is because running of businesses in my country at this given time in my country is not lucrative due to the poor political stabilities that had ravaged the economy. What are your views on that?

The truth of the matter is that it is easier to simply be an employee, and don't have to worry about anything else, just do your job and get paid compared to being a business owner where you have to ensure that the business succeed.

Whether running a business of employed by a company is an individual choice and also depends on the person's personality. Some people prefer having a stable job and income while entrepreneurs would like to take up the challenge of starting their own business.

They are two different things so I think running a business have more benefits compare to been employed,for instance if you are employed soon you can get releif from work but your business will be there which can even be beneficial to your siblings so business is the best option but If you don't have the capital you can get employed in a company while you save money to start your own business

Been employed is one of the best things anyone can ever imagine but I believe if you had a business online it could be one of the best things which ever happened to you because you will have this business inherited by your siblings and you will never get relief from work
