How do you compare the chrome to windows operating systems?

The chrome operating systems for instance on the Chromebooks is relatively faster and executes web based tasks with speedy compared to the windows laptops that would take long for the windows to start.

I have never used chrome before, but I have used windows and Linux before, and i prefer using the windows operating system.
