How do you compare the online to offline sales on your location?

For as much as the online business is still being new and most people are now learning about it, l have a feeling that most sales are still recorded on the offline businesses for that matter.
Most people still embrace the traditional way of making some purchases here in my location.

In offline purchased you can closely view the product and judge its quality. For online purchase we have to go for good brands.

Maybe more people prefer buying products in brick-and-mortar stores because not everyone has internet access and wants to see the products in person.

Hong Kong is a compact city. There are many physical stores and shopping malls. While online shopping is getting more popular, my impression is that people still prefer to buy from physical stores.
