How do you compare the prices for a bale of second hand clothes?

In my country, the wholesale price for a bale of second hand clothes have increased from $150-200 . That changes in price have occurred in like three years time. What about the situation in your country?

It is some what similar but the difference is the increment is higher in our country so that we are experiencing difficulties to buy any thing we want
