Being human , to feel angry is normal though it occurs rarely but once it occurs , it seems you like war. The worst is when you have a hypertension you may be defeated once your blood pressure is triggered. You may experience a mild stroke or bad stroke. That was what had happened to the father of my co - worker. He argued with a young driver because they have different political candidate. The dad of my friend forgot to take his high blood maintenance that morning. The hated argument resulted in the rise of his blood pressure. He fell on the ground and died on the spot. It's best to control anger by staying away

That's the reason I stay away from arguments as I have high BP.

Nah that's the best way to do
Do not compromise your health. Avoid arguments or getting angry. Take your medicine right away to cool you of.

I am short tempered. So to avoid getting angry I simply walk away from a situation. If an enviroment is too toxic for me and I am with other people I simply inform them I will be leaving and I shouldn't be followed as I am not in the right state of mind to engage.

I have to take BP medicine everyday.
That must be to avoid sudden surge of your BP. My sister also has high blood pressure, even if she is taking her maintenance medicine, she still drinks water soaked with 2 pieces garlic. She says she feels very relaxed.
