How do you deal with the uncollected orders on your online business?

I have realized that most online buyers are unwilling to collect their orders especially when the merchants deal with cash with delivery means of payment. What is your take?

When you sell, make sure your buyer is genuine. Check whether the address actually exist, also make sure or get paid before the delivery.

Many business owners experience this scenario: they ship orders, but the payments do not come through when they reach the customers. It is a harsh reality for many in the business world.

I experienced it in my online business the customer refused to pay the 5 pieces she ordered and never explained why. The rider brought back my items. It's annoying.

I'm afraid there's not much you can do should this happen. To prevent this, it's better to only accept advance payment before delivery.
