I have realized that most online buyers are unwilling to collect their orders especially when the merchants deal with cash with delivery means of payment. What is your take?
Many business owners experience this scenario: they ship orders, but the payments do not come through when they reach the customers. It is a harsh reality for many in the business world.
I experienced it in my online business the customer refused to pay the 5 pieces she ordered and never explained why. The rider brought back my items. It's annoying.
