As a businessman, of course you are used to determining sales targets or as a benchmark for the sales you want to achieve, whether daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually.
If a business does not have a sales target, workers will lose direction and work motivation. Personally, I often meet cashiers at minimarkets who always offer other products after I finish paying for the items I buy, this means that the cashier has also been informed about the sales target so that she will get a bonus.
 
Sales target is the amount of product or service to be sold, so it is always in the form of numbers either in fiat money, number of units sold or number of customers in a period. So sales targets must also be determined realistically.
