I honestly don't have any special way, i give them discounts when i can, i send them birthday message and so on.

I have two staff of my business. I have an offline work so I hired two people to work for me. I only drop by to deposit the money to the bank. In case I could chance to stay, I'll just entertain a customer by asking how many glasses of milk tea will she buy.
For me, I try to start a little chit chat with my customers to get them entertained and try to create a connection.
A formal business with a waiting area can afford to install televisions to entertain customers while they wait.
