How do you get ideas on the personal finances management?

For me, l have been managing my personal finances based on my own understanding with the help of the skills that l learned from school. So how about you?

I get ideas based on my priorities, I will make a list of my priorities and spend money only on my priorities

I don't have a specific place I get ideas from, it is mostly based on what I have to do at the moment, and I simply adjust to it.

I get ideas on personal financial manager by reading finance magazines and newspaper. I also listen to some podcast by some financial analysts.

I get the whole idea from books and sites especially online. I browse on such sites a lot

The first lesson about personal finance management is from the education of parents, they teach the value of money and saving in a piggy bank, so that we will be educated in discipline starting from childhood. I think there is no better personal finance management education than the example and teachings of parents.
